We will price the items requested and e-mail you. This procedure ensures the information given is correct for your specific model. 2) E-mail us. Include in your e-mail a daytime telephone number, type of Product, Brand and Model # and what accessory or part is needed. We will e-mail you with prices. 3) Call us direct on our toll free line 1 800 218 2012. We're here till 5:30 CST weekdays. Have the Brand and Model# of your camcorder, TV, etc.. at hand. Tell us what you need, we'll check on prices and call you back. Please read the conditions listed below.

All accessory and parts ordered are paid by the customer in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All accessory and parts sales are final unless stated otherwise at the bottom of each page. There is a $1.00 charge for the usual shipping procedure. *Usual shipping procedure is US mail and UPS ground.
