Shipping Information

If you already have shipping materials have your browser print out our repair form fill it out, include your deposit thats listed on the rates page and dont forget to check your preference for our special offer. If you are entitled to a reduced deposit, just write it at the bottom of the repairform, for example, $5.00 off - Coast Guard. You're now ready to ship.

When we receive your package, we will e-mail / call you with an ETA to bench (what date the technician will have a detailed estimate for you) and mail you a Job Ticket showing the evaluation/deposit money received. If the repair is approved, we will ask if you wish to put the balance due for the repair on the credit card you provided on the repair form. Your camcorder will be ready to return ship in a few days.

If shipping materials are needed call us at 1 800 218 2012 and we will send you some. When you receive your shipping box there will be packing material, a repair form and suggestions for the best way to pack your unit. Fill out the repair form include payment information for deposit money plus 6.00 for shipping materials. When ready you then call UPS at *1 800 PICK UPS * to come and retrieve the package and its on its way to Pro-Cam.
